Academic Programmes

All the admission in BE/MBA Entry courses will be done on the basis of merit of the combined admission test conducted by Vyapam, Bhopal. Candidate should attend online counseling through Internet or nearest help centers or authorized kiosks.

Documents Verification

1). The candidate who can avail quota of reservation category should verify his/her documents only on the help centers authorized by Directorate of Technical Education (List is available on website www.dtempcounselling.org or www.mponline.gov.in).

2). Document verification is not required for unreserved category.

Online Registration & Payment of Registration fee

Registration is necessary for all the candidates. For registration the fee is 520/- (20/- Portal charge) required from all candidates.

Online preference/choice filling and part payment of tution fee

Preference for collage & courses should be done according to list of institution given on website.

For General candidate – 10080/- (80/- portal charge)
For Reserved candidates of M.P. – 1080/- (80/- portal charges)

Online Allotment

1). Allotment will be given on the basis of preferences of choices given by the candidates

2). Allotted institution and courses name will be on www.dtempcounselling.org or www.mponline.gov.in candidate should take printout by giving his/her ID/Password.

3). Candidate has to be report with in seven days to allotted institute with its all original and Xerox copy of documents.

Eligibility Criteria

• The Eligibility criteria for B.E. Program as per the norms of RGPV Bhopal.

• Marksheet of 10th &12th (10+2) examination.
• Affidavit regarding gap in studies (if any) showing reasons.
• Character Certificate issued by School/College/ University last attended.
• Transfer Certificate.
• Certificate of Medical Fitness (if required).
• Five copies of passport size photographs.
• P.E.T. score card and admit card.
• Eligibility Certificate from Rajiv Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya, Bhopal (if require).

• Fee for academic year 2011-2012 is decided by M.P Govt. / University / Fee Fixation Committee. It will be notified soon.
 Hostel Charges

• Mess is being run by student co-operative society.
• Separate hostel facility is available for boy's and girls. Hostel rooms are adequately furnished with all modern amenities and homely   atmosphere. All the charges of hostel are economical and as per actual basis.
• Hostel facility will only be provided for the candidates who will be ready to live in the hostel for one year. No fee shall be refunded in   between the session.

Bus Fees is decided by M.P. Government / Fees Fixation Committee

• Once this facility is availed by the candidate it will not possible to withdraw the facility/fee.
• New identity card will be made each year of the courses

Note : All fee are subjected to revision by MP government / University from time to time.
